I graduated from Baruch College with a Master of Arts degree in Arts Administration ('17). I also hold a certificate in Costume Design from Fashion Institute of Technology ('16) and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College with a minor in Sociology ('09).
I'm currently working on a photography book tentatively titled "Designing in Brooklyn: 20 Years of Fads, Fashion and Social Change 1997-2017." It will contain daily clothes that I have made in the past 20 years that reflect social and socioeconomic changes and before-and-after gentrification in Brooklyn where I have lived for the past two decades.
In the book, there will be an essay for each year, containing social events, what most people wore, and why certain things were so important during that year, along with photos of the clothes. The book will also have several timelines of fashion trend shifts. It's a book with primary-source of fashion and social records of the past 20 years in New York City, based on my memory and journal.
